Thanh brings a deep background in nonprofit and project management to support Campion’s internal operations and grantmaking process. Previously, she worked as development consultant supporting majority people of color lead and serving nonprofits and grassroots community organizations with their organizational development, fundraising pipeline, and capacity building. She holds a B.A. in sociology and a Certificate in Fundraising Management from the University of Washington. Committed to servant leadership, Thanh has been a part of the Washington Low Income Housing Alliance’s Resident Action Project, Housing Justice Project, Puget Sound Sage’s Community Leadership Institute Fellowship, and now serves on the board of the Asian Pacific Islander Community Leadership Foundation.
